Account Deletion

Likewise PH provides account deletion inside the mobile app for users who created an account.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open the Likewise PH app.
2. Go to Account or Profile.
3. Open Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion request.

Request by Email

You may also request account deletion by contacting support@likewiseph.com using the email or phone number connected to your account.

What Will Be Deleted

Your account profile information, such as name, email address, phone number, profile picture, saved address, and app profile data, may be deleted or anonymized after verification.

What May Be Retained

Some order, delivery, payment, wallet, fraud prevention, dispute, accounting, tax, or legal records may be retained when required or permitted by law.
