Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Likewise PH website, customer app, merchant app, driver app, and related services. By using Likewise PH, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Likewise PH
Likewise PH is a marketplace and delivery platform connecting customers, merchants, and drivers for food, grocery, order, pickup, delivery, and related services in the Philippines.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into agreements and using marketplace, delivery, and payment services. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the account and payment method provided.
3. Accounts and Google Sign-In
You may create or access an account using Google Sign-In or other supported login methods. When using Google Sign-In, Likewise PH may receive your name, email address, and profile picture if available, to create and manage your account profile.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Customer Terms
Customers may place orders for pickup or delivery from participating merchants. Customers are responsible for reviewing order details, delivery address, map pin location, contact number, notes, payment method, and total amount before submitting an order.
5. Merchant Terms
Merchants are responsible for providing accurate store information, product availability, pricing, preparation status, and order fulfillment. Merchants must comply with applicable food safety, consumer protection, business permit, tax, and local regulations.
6. Driver Terms
Drivers are responsible for accepting deliveries they can complete safely and lawfully, updating delivery status accurately, handling orders with care, and following applicable traffic, safety, and local regulations.
7. Orders, Availability, and Cancellations
Orders depend on merchant availability, driver availability, service area, item availability, payment status, and operational conditions. Likewise PH may cancel, reject, delay, or modify an order when necessary due to unavailable items, invalid information, suspected fraud, safety issues, payment issues, or force majeure events.
8. Payments
Likewise PH may support Cash on Delivery, GCash, card, wallet, and other payment methods. By choosing a payment method, you authorize the applicable payment process. Payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Prices, fees, delivery charges, wallet balances, promotions, and taxes may change depending on merchant, location, payment method, and platform rules.
9. Delivery Address and Location
Customers must provide accurate delivery details and map pin information where required. Incorrect addresses, unreachable contacts, restricted locations, or inaccurate map pins may result in delayed, failed, or cancelled delivery.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Likewise PH, including by creating fake orders, providing false information, abusing promotions, harassing users, interfering with app systems, attempting unauthorized access, scraping data, uploading harmful content, or using the service for illegal activities.
11. App Store and Platform Rules
When you download Likewise PH from Google Play, Apple App Store, or another platform, you also agree to the applicable store rules. These Terms are between you and Likewise PH, not with Google or Apple, except where platform rules apply.
12. Account Deletion
Users may initiate account deletion inside the Likewise PH app. Users may also visit /delete-account/ or contact support@likewiseph.com. Certain transaction, payment, legal, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute-related records may be retained as required or permitted by law.
13. Intellectual Property
Likewise PH, including its name, branding, design, software, content, and platform features, is owned by or licensed to Likewise PH. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse our intellectual property without permission.
14. Third-Party Services
Likewise PH may use third-party services such as Google Sign-In, maps, payment gateways, notifications, hosting, analytics, and support systems. These services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Disclaimers
Likewise PH is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that all merchants, items, drivers, prices, delivery times, payment methods, or app features will always be available or error-free.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Likewise PH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by user error, merchant delay, driver delay, incorrect delivery details, third-party service failures, network problems, payment provider issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
17. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Likewise PH if we believe a user violated these Terms, caused harm, committed fraud, misused the platform, violated laws, or created security or safety risks.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, subject to applicable consumer protection and data privacy laws.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Likewise PH after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
